Facility:
This healthcare facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving communities with compassionate care. The organization operates over 40 clinics across 18 communities in Washington and Oregon, providing affordable, high-quality care for families regardless of their ability to pay or citizenship status. The facility uses EPIC EMR system and operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) • Work with a team-based approach in a patient-centered medical home • Manage your own patient panel allowing for development of long-term patient relationships • Serve a largely migrant and Latino community • Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Opportunity to participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala • Must have completed a Master's or Doctoral Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant (or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a two-year Physician Assistant training program) • New graduates are welcome to apply - include all clinical rotations and experience in community health or with underserved populations • HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18 • Relocation assistance available

Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits.
