This facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving communities regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay. The Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Clinic provides comprehensive care through a team-based approach, allowing providers to develop and cultivate ongoing patient relationships while serving a largely migrant and Latino community.

Job Details:

Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits. Base compensation $132k-$149k per year with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures.
