A modern critical access hospital just outside Steamboat Springs, Colorado is adding an experienced PA or NP to its established urgent care team.

This role blends autonomy, strong backup, and a schedule that protects your time in one of Colorado’s most desirable mountain communities.

Opportunity Outline:

Flexible scheduling: Choose between 4-10-hour shifts or 3-12-hour shifts each week.

Competitive compensation: $150,000 base salary with room for growth.
