TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking 2 Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to provide day shift on-site coverage for a corporate event in San Diego, California. This short-term assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, well-equipped environment providing care to event participants.

Position Details
Dates of Coverage: January 22–28, 2026
Shifts:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Providers Needed: 2 per shift
Volume: ~20 clinic visits per day for common diagnoses (sinus, cold, nausea, travel-related illness)
Setup: On-site hotel-based medical clinic with all equipment provided
Supervision: Remote MD available (no on-site physician required)

Requirements
Active state medical license (California)
3+ years of clinical experience required
NP/PA degree with background in general practice or urgent care settings
Ability to work independently in an event-based clinical environment
Professional, business-casual dress code

Compensation & Perks

Travel stipend: 4 hours of paid travel each way in lieu of mileage reimbursement
No flight coverage will be provided
