Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Adult Medicine, Physician Assistant - Adult Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide Adult Primary Care services with approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
• Coverage split between two locations - 10 hours at Lawrenceville (Tuesdays) and 2-3 days at 10 hours per day at Snellville
• Epic EMR system utilized - training provided every other week from 8-4:30pm
• Epic training must be completed after credentialing and before start date
• Protocol agreement with Georgia Composite Medical Board will be required
• Must maintain active Georgia medical license
• Board certification or eligibility required
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 21 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
