TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a privately owned outpatient clinic in Texas. This permanent opportunity offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment, manageable patient volumes, and the autonomy of solo practice with strong on-site support.

Patient Population: Community-based, family-oriented
Age Range Treated: All ages (6 months and older)
Average Daily Volume: 25–35 patients per day
Exam Rooms: 5
EMR: AdvanceMD

Support Staff:
Front Desk Receptionist
Medical Assistant
Work Style: Independent provider with collaborative culture

Schedule & Coverage
Start Date: Flexible / ASAP
Schedule:
3–4 days per week
Week 1: 3 days
Week 2: 4 days (Sunday is the 4th day)
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Weekend Coverage:
Alternating weekends
Sunday shifts are 4 hours

Credentialing & Licensure
State License: Texas
Credentialing Timeline: ASAP

Compensation & Benefits
