Job Description

• The Systems Test Engineer will be creating tests and test procedures for Electro-Optics (EO/IR), Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), and General Electronics for DoD applications.
• The position provides technical solutions on designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods of testing electronics in a manufacturing environment.
• The position is both hands-on and technical where expertise is required in production, testing, and interfacing with the customer to resolve issues, best product choice for application, or supporting integration efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

3+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing test methods for electronics

3+ years of experience with LabVIEW

Experience with environmental stress screening (ESS) testing

Experience with failure investigations & analysis reports (FAIR)

Experience with test incident and qualification reports

Experience with 3D CAD software (Catia is a plus)

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles

US Citizen or green card holder

BS in Engineering

Nice To Have

Experience with DoD projects or applications

Experience with Electro-Optical or Infra-Red Systems
