Job Description

Responsible for working alongside physicians and facilitating advanced primary and specialty nursing services. Provides general and preventative care for children and adults, perform check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication.

Principal Accountabilities

• Provides new patient consultation and reviews health history.
• Performs physical examinations and screening on the patients.
• Provides after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families.
• Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, condition changes.
• Delivers quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
• Recommends further treatment options or future appointments if required.
• Performs diagnoses health problems and provides medications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Nursing or related area.
• Current state Nurse Practitioner license.
  
  
  

Preferred

• 5 or more years experience in Nursing or relevant area.
