Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our established team of providers at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a high‑acuity environment supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Position Highlights:

• 54‑bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Average daily census of 35–40 patients
• Access to a full complement of pediatric subspecialties
• Comprehensive responsibilities including patient assessment, management, treatment, and participation in high‑risk deliveries
• Active involvement in quality improvement initiatives to support optimal patient outcomes
