This facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that functions as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving the community. The clinic proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community, providing comprehensive healthcare regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay. The facility is part of one of the Northwest's largest community health center networks with over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon.

Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) • Uses EPIC electronic medical record system • Clinic operational hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM • Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Manage your own patient panel through a team-based approach to patient care • Provide high-quality comprehensive care to underserved patient populations • Participate in a patient-centered medical home environment • Opportunity to develop and cultivate meaningful patient relationships • Qualifications include Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners or Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a two-year Physician Assistant training program for Physician Assistants • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience with community health or underserved populations will make your resume stand out

Compensation:
