Description

Join our expanding internal medicine practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Long Island, NY, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00am to 05:00pm.
The position requires providing primary care services in a collaborative environment with administrative and clinical support, utilizing electronic medical records.

Requirements

Conduct routine physical exams and comprehensive health assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Coordinate patient care with specialists as needed
Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
Document encounters and manage care using electronic medical records

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
Active NYS NP license and Board Certification in Adult or Family Practice
DEA Certification
Experience in internal or primary care preferred
