Nurse Practitioner Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in acute care or dermatology
• Advanced Practice certification required
• Board certification or board eligibility (NP, Dermatology) required
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Fellowship in dermatology or acute care preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities – Acute Care Dermatology NP

• Deliver acute care dermatology services to a diverse patient population
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose dermatological conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Perform procedures and manage patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently using EMR systems
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment
