This behavioral health hospital is a specialized facility providing comprehensive psychiatric services to geriatric, adult, and child/adolescent populations. The facility features a 24-bed department with fully locked units, ensuring a safe and structured environment for both patients and healthcare providers.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatric

Job Details:
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8am-4pm with no weekend coverage or on-call requirements
• Manage a caseload of up to 14-16 geriatric and adult psychiatry patients, as well as child/adolescent inpatient units
• Responsible for completing admissions, discharges, and daily notes
• Participate in family meetings and agency meetings as necessary
• Opportunity for mixed caseload of geriatric and adult patients based on candidate preference
• Full-time, onsite position with no emergency ER evaluations
• Must have active Massachusetts state license and PMHNP certification
• Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30-45 days, with expedited privileges possible for providers with clean records
