Nurse Practitioner - Urology

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE / 40 hours per week) with daytime schedule • No weekends or holidays required • Assist the Urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments • Develop and implement treatment and care plans • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests • Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures • Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans • Manage post-operative and follow-up care • Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff • Rotating on-call coverage (times not specified) • Practice under a supervising physician in a physician office setting • Master's degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program required • Active Vermont APRN License required • Two (2) years of nursing experience in Urology required • Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required • DEA License required • ANCC certification required • Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour • Not accepting visa candidates, LOCUM or LOCUM to PERM candidates
