• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
• Active New York State NP license
• Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine
• Proficiency in diagnostic testing and chronic disease management
• Strong clinical judgment and empathy
