Primary Care + Urgent Care | Part-Time to Full-Time

This is a true hybrid role with flexibility to start part-time and grow into full-time.

The Role

• Manage your own primary care panel with continuity and long-term relationships

• Provide urgent care coverage for same-day visits, injuries, and minor procedures

• Work in a collaborative, physician-supported environment

• Enjoy clinical variety without burnout or unrealistic volume expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Texas-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• 2+ years primary care and/or urgent care experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with a mixed clinical pace

• Athena EMR experience a plus (training provided)

Schedule & Details

• Part-time to full-time (flexible ramp-up)

• ~5 shifts/week when full-time

• Mix of family medicine and urgent care

• Occasional Saturday coverage

• Location: Dripping Springs, TX
