This facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving the community with comprehensive care. The clinic proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community, offering affordable, high-quality healthcare regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay. The center operates with the EPIC EMR system and features extended hours to maximize patient access.

Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:

Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits. Base compensation $132,000-$144,000 with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures.
