Health First is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to cover night shifts in the ICU at Holmes Regional Medical Center. This is a focused admissions-only role, ideal for APPs who excel in acute patient assessment and thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.

• Admissions-only ICU shifts – no rounding required
• Collaborate directly with Hospitalists on patient plans of care
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, write H&Ps, and place admission orders
• Transfer patients to the eICU team once stabilized
• Average 3–5 admissions per night, allowing focused, meaningful work

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed APRN or PA in Florida
• Critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Comfortable managing multiple acute admissions in a night-shift setting
