OB/GYN Locums - Every Other Week Schedule in Michigan

Practice Setting

• Outpatient Clinic setting with a patient volume of 18-25 per day.
• Support staff includes MA's and Receptionists.

Schedule

• Consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Block Scheduling: Only 2 weeks per month is required for coverage.

Procedures and Cases

• Full scope of Women's Health Services is required for the assignment.
• Must have 2 years of recent Women's Health/OBGYN experience.

Requirements

• Active Michigan (MI) state license is required at the time of name clear.
• Must be a local provider as flights will not be covered.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• DEA is required at the time of the assignment start.

Credentialing Requirements

• No malpractice history is allowed for quick credentialing.
• A Self-Query NPDB, pulled within 30 days, is required at submission.
• Immunization records are required for clearance (Flu, TDAP, Hep B, etc.).
