Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) at a family health center in Portland, OR • Work as part of a collaborative care team in a patient-centered medical home environment • Manage your own patient panel, allowing for relationship development and continuity of care • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • EPIC electronic medical record system • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-7:00pm, Friday-Saturday 7:30am-5:00pm • HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18 • Opportunity to participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala • Position requires completion of a Master's or Doctoral Degree (Nurse Practitioner) or Master's Degree/Bachelor's in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program • Ideal candidate is passionate about community health and family medicine • New graduates are encouraged to apply (clinical rotations and experience with underserved populations are valued)

Compensation:
