Position Summary:

We’re hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care for patients ages 4+. This is a great fit for an NP who’s clinically confident, personable, and excited to work in a practice that blends traditional primary care with dermatology and aesthetics (optional based on experience). What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care for patients ages 4+ (acute visits, preventive care, chronic disease management)
• Perform exams, diagnose, treat, and create patient-centered care plans
• Order and interpret labs/diagnostics; provide follow-ups and patient education
• Document clearly and efficiently in the EHR
• Collaborate with our provider team to deliver an excellent patient experience
• Bonus (not required): assist with dermatology and/or aesthetic services depending on your background

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee APRN license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• NP national certification (FNP strongly preferred due to pediatric age range)
• 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Comfortable managing a wide range of primary care needs across pediatrics and adults
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first, team-oriented mindset

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Medical dermatology experience
• Aesthetic injecting experience (Botox and/or fillers)
• Interest in wellness/functional medicine (labs, weight loss, hormones, supplements, etc.)
