A leading cardiology program in Snellville, Georgia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Cardiac Acute Care Services team. This full-time, day-shift role supports patients across inpatient units, ICU, ER, and outpatient cardiology settings, offering broad cardiovascular exposure within a collaborative heart institute.

The NP will evaluate and manage acute and chronic cardiac patients, assist with admissions and consults, and coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic care. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of cardiology, acute care, or critical care experience and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage cardiology patients in inpatient and outpatient settings

• Conduct histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments

• Write admissions, consults, progress notes, and discharge summaries

• Order and coordinate cardiac diagnostics and procedures

• Collaborate with cardiologists and cardiac APPs

• Support ER and ICU cardiac patient management

Qualifications

• Active Georgia NP license

• AGNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, or DNP preferred

• 1–3 years cardiology or acute/critical care experience

• Strong clinical documentation and teamwork skills

Schedule & Compensation

• $120,000–$125,000 annual salary

• Monday–Friday | Five 8-hour shifts

• Inpatient & outpatient mix
