ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Neurology-Greenville are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide adult and pediatric outpatient neurology care in an established practice located Greenville, North Carolina. New graduates will be considered.

Greenville (population 90,000+) is located 80 miles west of the beautiful North Carolina Coast and 80 miles east of Raleigh.

Clinical responsibilities will include pediatric and adult outpatient neurology patient care

8 am to 5 pm Monday–Friday schedule with 4 hours of weekly administrative time

No call

Large referral network including over 185 ECU Health practices and 9 ECU Health owned hospitals

Established clinical neuroscience program inclusive of 10 neurosurgeons, including dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20 + neurologists including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4 neurointensivists and 13 subspecialty neurologists. The subspecialties include pediatric neurology, epilepsy, movement disorders, headache, neuromuscular, sleep medicine, intraoperative monitoring and neuro-oncology.

Strong inpatient support at nearby ECU Health Medical Center by an experienced team of inpatient Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

ECU Health Medical Center, a 974-bed level 1 trauma center, is home to a 24-bed NSICU as well as a large rehab center providing both inpatient and outpatient support to neurology patients

On-site Infusion Suite

In office Lab, EEG, EMG and Nerve Conduction

Applicants will be required to have BLS certification from The American Heart Association
