A busy clinic in Helotes, Texas is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care services in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role includes weekday coverage with rotating weekends and offers consistent hours with a stable patient base.

The NP will deliver evidence-based family practice care, manage chronic conditions, perform routine exams, and support clinic operations including patient follow-up and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care services

• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Perform routine exams and preventive screenings

• Counsel patients on health management and lifestyle

• Document care in EHR and ensure quality compliance

• Support clinic operations and patient flow

Qualifications

• Active Texas FNP license

• Master’s-level NP education with board certification

• 1+ year primary care experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of chronic disease management

• Self-motivated and collaborative clinical mindset

Schedule & Compensation

• $74–$75 per hour

• Monday–Friday (8:30am–7:30pm shifts)

• Rotating weekends (every other weekend required)
