TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Wilmington, California. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers outpatient-only care in a mission-driven, multi-specialty environment serving an urban underserved population.

This position is ideal for an experienced NP passionate about women’s health, community medicine, and working within a collaborative, team-based primary care setting.

Position Details
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Role: Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Setting: Outpatient Only – Primary Care Clinic (FQHC)
Location: Wilmington, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: No nights or weekends
Patient Volume: 20–24 patients per day
Work Style: Team-Based
EMR: Currently utilizing AmazingCharts; transitioning to NextGen in the coming months

Practice Environment
Multi-specialty outpatient clinic structure
Serves underserved, low-income, and uninsured urban population
180,000 visits annually across multiple Los Angeles County locations
Adult women patient population
Multidisciplinary team including:
Family Medicine Physicians
Pediatricians
Internists
Endocrinologists
Dentists
Physician Assistants
Nurse Practitioners
Licensed Clinical Social Workers
On-site ancillary services including Endocrinology, Dentistry, and Behavioral Health
No inpatient responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
Master of Science (M.S.) Degree
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Minimum one (1) year of work experience as a certified NP (training rotations do not qualify)
Active California NP licensure
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (must be able to conduct full assessment without interpreter)
Board certification required

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $80–$85 per hour
