A high-traffic clinic in the Greater San Antonio area is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based family and primary care with consistent hourly pay and benefits. This role is a strong fit if you want steady volume, broad clinical variety, and a mix of patient care plus light clinic operations that keep the day running smoothly.

You will see patients ages 2 and up, manage common acute and chronic needs, and support quality-focused care. The schedule includes weekdays plus every other weekend with set clinic hours.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care: assess, diagnose, treat, counsel, and plan dispositions
• Perform routine exams, manage follow-ups, and support positive patient outcomes
• Support chronic disease management and quality measurement initiatives
• Handle essential clinic operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and maintaining a clean environment
• Support basic administrative workflow including insurance verification and collecting payments when needed

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP license
• National board certification with FNP education background required
• 1+ year recent primary care experience preferred, or completion of a primary care training program
• Strong clinical judgment, initiative, and patient advocacy
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
