Long Term Locums - Part Time schedule - outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinic opportunity to go between clinics within the Elgin, and McHenry areas of Illinois.

• Certified PMHNP with experience required
• Must be able to work without collaborative physician agreement
• Need to start quickly and is ongoing long term
• Must reside within 30-40 min of McHenry, IL ideally
• 24 hours a week - 3 days a week - 
  • Monday - in-person in Aurora, IL for first 3 days during onboarding - then Telehealth 8:30-4:30
  • Wednesday - in-person in McHenry, IL - 10:00a-6:30p
  • Thursday - in-person in McHenry, IL - 8:00a-4:30p
  • Alternating Thursday with McHenry location - in-person in Elgin, IL - 8:30p-5:00a
• Must have independent IL license, DEA, and be actively enrolled in Illinois Medicaid
• Will see ages 12+
• Must be comfortable working with Diverse patient panel, Mental Health Disabilities, managing Addictions, and Technology EMR and Virtual web based software
• Local driving candidates only
• Starting hourly rate at $80/hr pending experience and malpractice covered
