A New York City healthcare network is actively seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their outpatient facility on Staten Island, focusing on providing comprehensive care for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct clinical care including assessments and medication management
• Conducting psychiatric evaluations
• Providing treatment planning recommendations
• Managing medications
• Handling psychiatric emergency crisis management and consultation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of post-licensure experience
• Master's degree from an accredited advanced Nurse Practitioner program in Psychiatric-Mental Health
• Board Certification (PMHNP) within 12 months of hire
• Valid DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Experience with MAT and EMR systems
• Ability to prescribe Suboxone
• Familiarity with OASAS, OMH, and DOH regulations
