DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete Provider training and development

• Role model and live the company values and behaviors. Know the company vision, mission, goals and objectives and continually communicate and reinforce these to Team Members.
• Complete HPM apprenticeship program to ensure the achievement of didactic competency.
• Be willing to provide virtual training and mentoring for the HPM U Apprenticeship Program.
• Provides educational lectures at HPM-sponsored training events.
• Act as an educator and customer service liaison for HPM.
• Provides clinical consultation for post-graduate providers.
• Participates in clinical quality reviews and provides consolatory feedback to improve clinical outcomes.
• Be willing to travel to HPM sites in the region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Upholds professionalism with interactions and maintains a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to foster teamwork and be a team player.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language

EXPERIENCE: 3 years of Orthopedic experience in a NSPM clinical practice preferred; previous experience in education and training preferred but not required. Previous experience in a clinic setting preferred.
