Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Occupational Medicine, Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide occupational medicine services with approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• Work across multiple facility locations including Antigo and Rhinelander sites
• Handle workplace injury evaluations, pre-employment physicals, and occupational health assessments
• Manage preventive care and health screenings for employees
• Conduct fitness-for-duty examinations and return-to-work evaluations
• Provide drug and alcohol testing services and interpretation
• Maintain current Wisconsin license or IMLC eligibility
• BLS certification required
• Board certification not required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Start date: June 29, 2026 with ongoing coverage needs
