TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Henderson, North Carolina. This opportunity offers an outpatient-only practice serving an underserved patient population within a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Call Responsibilities
Very light after-hours telephonic call
Calls are first triaged by experienced RN staff
Provider contacted only for urgent situations or documentation clarification

Weekend or Holiday Call: None
Clinics are closed on major holidays.

Five days per week preferred
Open to 3–4 consecutive day schedules
Lunch Break: 1 hour

Candidate Requirements
FNP or PA-C
Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
Willingness to see 16–18 patients per day
Meet quality metrics for preventive and chronic disease management

Credentialing
Fast credentialing turnaround
Credentialing with major payors supported
Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required but preferred
