Position Description

You'll inherit an appreciative patient base within this unified Rural Health Clinic

Ongoing Salary of $156,000

Sign-on bonus of $20,000 plus CME $5,000 annually

NHSC Loan Forgiveness qualifying site

Work in an established primary care clinic with one other advanced practice clinicians

Inherit a loyal patient panel – seeing 15 patients per day
