Full-Time Paid Travel Hotel + Vehicle + Meals Covered 35 Visits/Week Average
Hueman is hiring Travel Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members throughout the state, with potential to cover neighboring states as well (pending licensure).

Travel Expectations
This is a Travel Nurse Practitioner position. Providers travel throughout assigned areas of the state based on business needs. There is potential to also cover neighboring states as well, once licensure is obtained.

Average: 35 in-home assessments per week
Extended travel assignments (multiple consecutive weeks, including weekends)
All travel logistics reimbursed

What You’ll Do
As a Travel HRA Nurse Practitioner, you will:

Conduct comprehensive, non-invasive in-home health assessments
Review medical history and perform medication reconciliation
Identify care gaps and document findings
Provide patient education on wellness and prevention
Complete accurate, timely electronic documentation

Important: This role does not require prescribing, diagnosing new conditions, or managing ongoing treatment plans.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree (MSN) or higher from an accredited NP program
Active Nurse Practitioner license (multistate licensure preferred)
National Board Certification
Current BLS or ACLS certification
12+ months of experience as a paid NP is required
