CRNPs in Collaborative Practices: Please remind your physician to renew your CP by 12/31/15. If not renewed by midnight on 12/31/15, you must stop practicing under that collaboration until it is renewed. The physician can go to www.alrenewals.org to enter the site to renew. The fee is $100.

CRNPs with QACSCs and/or LPSPs:  These need to be renewed by 12/31/15 at www.alrenewals.org. The fees are $60 for QACSC and $10 for LPSP. If not renewed by 12/31/15 at midnight, these Certificates will become, "Inactive: Failed to Renew" and must not be utilized until payment received at the BME.
