During this morning's Health and Human Services Committee hearing, HB 325 (Placencia & Campbell) (Baker Act) and HB 423 (Pigman) (Controlled Substance Prescribing) both passed unanimously! Both bills have successfully passed through the required committees and will go to the floor for a final approval.

These are record breaking votes and passage by the house of NP bills!
