This is an interview that the American Association of Nurse Practitioners Vermont State Representative, Deborah Wachtel, has given to address the benefits of VITALAccess, which is a portal that is connecting all the electronic health records in Vermont (VITL is Vermont Information Technology Leaders). She is on the VITL provider advisory committee. Parts of this interview have been excerpted into videos that have been used with the Green Mountain Care Board as well as the legislature.
