GRASSROOTS ACTION NEEDED....CALL YOUR SENATOR

The Nursing Community has worked hard to get three vital pieces of legislation out of the Senate Licensed Activities & Pension Committee. Now we need every nurse to help us get this out of the Senate and over to the House.

• SB 625 - Nursing Practice Act (all changes expect APRN language)
• SB 642 - APRN - Full Practice Authority
• SB 677 - Nurse Licensure Compact

The Illinois Nurse Practice Act sunsets this year. This is our opportunity to make changes consistent with the current and future practice environments. Please familiarize yourself with these bills and call your state senator to support the bills.
