Informative Subject: Barriers to Membership in a Professional Organization for Advanced Practice Nurses Survey

I am writing to you to request your participation in a brief survey. Your responses to this survey will help me evaluate the barriers that Advanced Practice Nurses report for not joining professional organizations. This data will help me develop strategies to overcome those barriers.
