It is critically important for NAPNAP members to contact their Senators now to express concerns about how efforts to cut Medicaid and cap federal funding would inevitably harm children's health care coverage!  Senators need to hear from NPs in their states about what is at stake for children and young adults.  As a child health expert, you can offer yourself as a trustworthy resource to your elected officials as they navigate the child health coverage landscape. NAPNAP is also joining with the AAP and other children's health organizations in a Day of Action this Thursday, June 22, to urge Senators to protect children's health care coverage and reject any proposals to cap Medicaid funding.
