This year again we will be continuing our holiday tradition bringing gifts to the residents at both Health Park Care Center ( 12/5/17) and the Cape Coral Rehab (12/12/17).

They are requesting year round type blankets ( approximately 165) . In addition Health Park Care Center has requested sugar free cookies.

Not too soon to start shopping!
