2. Demonstrates innovative Clinical Practices that enhance care for Geriatric clients
3. Creates clinical models that more efficiently care for geriatric clients
4. Leads change to improve quality of care
5. Promotes an environment of geriatric-friendly political or policy change
6. Excels at communication and relationship building 
7. Energizes others to promote and improve geriatric care
