Duke-Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leadership
Here is information about applying for the Duke J&J Nurse Leadership program. I was a participant two years ago, and it was an incredible experience.
Dear Colleague:
Do you know of an Advanced Practice Nurse (credentialed/certified nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife) new or aspiring to a leadership position? The Duke-Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leadership Program is designed specifically to offer Advanced Practice Nurses a life-changing opportunity to become leaders of new models of care. This one year program includes onsite leadership retreats, distance-based learning sessions, and opportunities to receive individualized executive coaching and small group mentoring. It offers innovative and integrated training in the areas of leadership, management, organizational development, business, community engagement and population health. The program is structured to provide the health care clinician a program rich in content and opportunities for professional development. Cost to program participants is very nominal due to the generous support of Johnson & Johnson.
The Duke-Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leadership Program is accepting applications now through December 15, 2017. Up to 45 program fellows will be selected to participate for the 2018-2019 Program Year.
