Community Health Center of Snohomish is kindly opening up their buprenorphine courses to colleagues.

These are 4 hours of in person training and 4 hours of on-line training to qualify for a waiver to prescribe buprenorphine to treat opioid use disorder.

ARNP and PA-Cs then complete an additional 16 hours of on-line training.  

Faculty will be  Drs. Tom Tocher and Matt Perez

The dates and number of people they can accommodate are:

• 3/9/18: 11 slots
• 5/4/18: 11 slots
• 5/11/18: 16 slots
