We have two legislative bills, HB 1433 on equal pay for equal coding and HB 1432 on hospital hiring and privileging requirements.

We are monitoring the impact of the new regulations limiting ARNPs from ordering medical equipment for our Medicaid patients. A letter for patients to complete on how this impacts them is attached.

We will host a breakout session at WSNA's Nurse Lobby Day on February 28.
