Last Congress, your Representative supported nurse practitioners by cosponsoring legislation to remove outdated federal barriers that limit your patients’ access to home health care.  With the start of the new Congress in January, the home health legislation was reintroduced as H.R. 2150, as the Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act. Your Representative has not yet agreed to again cosponsor this legislation in the new Congress.  Please take a moment to write to your Representative using our quick and easy to use AANP Advocacy Center and ask that they again cosponsor this important legislation.
