Register now for MAAPC & CBANACNS’ Pharmacology Update 2019. Why? We’ve saved the best for last and it impacts your Controlled Dangerous Substances Registration

The Maryland Academy of Advanced Practice Clinicians

Plan to stay for the entire conference to earn these 2 critical credits:

  • 2:30-3:30: Michael Fingerhood, MD - My patient is on opioids. What do I do?
  • 3:30-4:30: Sabrina Sepulveda, NP – Pharmacogenetic Testing in Psychiatry

The Psychotropic Drugs and Opioid presentations meet the 2018 requirements of HB1452/SB1223 Controlled Dangerous Substances Registration – Authorized Providers – Continuing Education.

This bill requires providers who register to prescribe or dispense controlled dangerous substances (CDS) to attest that they have completed two hours of continuing education.

This is a one-time requirement that applies to providers when they initially apply for CDS registration or their next renewal after October 1, 2018.
