Breaking News!  SB 536 has passed the Florida Senate unanimously today and is now on the way to the governor to be signed into law. This bill authorizes Physical Therapists to implement physical therapy treatment plans which are provided by Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. The House companion bill, HB 413, also passed the House unanimously. Thank you to our professional lobbyist, Allison Carvajal, for all her hard work in this effort.
