Some D.C. Pharmacies Will Give Out Free Naloxone

As part of the LIVE.LONG.DC. initiative, some D.C. pharmacies will give out free Naloxone to address the opioid epidemic in D.C.  

No prescription is required, and pharmacy staff will provide the person with education on how to administer the medication as well as information on addiction and treatment and recovery.  Attached is a list of the participating pharmacies located throughout all eight wards.
