On November 9th, 2019, the Houston Area Chapter of NAPNAP presented their Pediatric Potpourri Conference.  Attendees heard a variety of lectures including Human Trafficking, Headaches, Sleep problems, Vaccine Hesitancy, Atopic Dermatitis, Preparing for Natural Disasters and Legislative Updates. We ate (twice), visited a variety of vendors, networked with local Nurse Practitioners and received 7 contact hours! 

By supporting this local NAPNAP conference, it allows our chapter to have funds available to contribute to local and national charities, to provide scholarship monies for local students preparing for careers in nursing and as APRNs and to offer additional experiences to our members.
