As you all know, the Consumer Access to Healthcare Act has been introduced under A1760 for this legislative session (PDF of the bill is included for your reference). Your support is urgently needed to reach out to your legislators. You can click on the link #2 below to find your legislators and use the attached sample letter to fill in your contact info and send the letter out. Two articles that support the effectiveness of the quality care by APNs are also included. Right now is the time for us to act. Please contact your legislators by email, phone, or in-person. There is definitely strength in numbers. Please share the documents as needed. We need RN's, patients, pharmacists, as well as the physicians to support this bill. Let's get this done this time!!!
